By accessing or using FirstStepMason.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What We Provide
FirstStepMason is an independent educational resource. We sell digital guides, courses, and tools intended to help men understand and navigate the process of becoming a Freemason. We are not a lodge, Grand Lodge, or official Masonic body.
3. No Guarantee of Membership
Nothing on this Site guarantees admission to any Masonic lodge. Membership is determined solely by the lodge and jurisdiction you petition. We do not petition on your behalf, influence investigations, or promise outcomes.
4. Purchases and Access
When you purchase The First Step Roadmap or related products, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own use. Sharing accounts, reselling access, or redistributing content is not permitted.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the products, we do not offer refunds. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is the property of FirstStepMason or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use automated systems to scrape content.
