All purchases of The First Step Roadmap, digital guides, and any other products sold through FirstStepMason.com are final. Due to the digital nature of the content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once access has been granted.
Why This Policy Exists
Digital products cannot be returned in the same way physical goods can. Once a buyer has accessed the material, the sale is complete. We describe each product thoroughly on its sales page so you can make an informed decision before buying.
